Making Friends as an Adult Is Hard
New to town, just out of school, or feeling a little lonely? Making friends as an adult is hard, and you're not the only one who feels that way.
There's no homeroom anymore, no assigned lab partner, no dorm hallway full of people your age. Save Me a Seat is a chance to meet other women in a relaxed, welcoming space, right here in our Orem office.

What is Save Me a Seat?
Save Me a Seat is a support group for women ages 18 to 30 who want to make new friends. Whether you're new to town, just out of school, or feeling a little lonely, it's a relaxed, welcoming space to meet other women your age.
When and where does the group meet?
The group meets Mondays at 7:30 PM for about an hour, in person at Lotus Rose Counseling, 239 W. 520 N., Orem, UT 84057. The first meeting is Monday, November 30. It's an ongoing group with no end date.
Who leads the group?
Monique Pratt and Amy Jenkins from our therapy team lead Save Me a Seat together.
Do I need to be a Lotus Rose client to join?
No. Any woman ages 18 to 30 is welcome, whether or not you're a Lotus Rose client.
How much does Save Me a Seat cost?
Save Me a Seat is $10. Now and then there may also be a small fee for activities or supplies.
